구독을 어떻게 해지하나요?
시즌 패스·핀 관리자 등 구독은 Apple이 관리합니다. 기기에서 [설정] > 본인 이름(Apple ID) > [구독]으로 이동해 ABoardFit을 선택한 뒤 해지하세요. 다음 결제일 전에 해지하면 갱신이 중단됩니다.
환불은 어떻게 받나요?
모든 인앱 결제(코인·구독·웰컴 패키지)는 Apple App Store가 처리하므로 환불도 Apple을 통해 신청합니다. reportaproblem.apple.com 에 Apple ID로 로그인 → 해당 구매 항목 → “문제 보고”에서 환불을 요청하세요. 이미 사용한 소비성 코인은 환불이 제한될 수 있습니다.
계정을 삭제하려면?
앱 내 [프로필] 화면 하단의 [계정 삭제]를 누르면 확인 후 계정과 데이터가 삭제됩니다. 삭제 시 법령상 보관 의무가 있는 거래 기록을 제외한 데이터가 제거되며 되돌릴 수 없습니다.
부적절한 게시물·이용자를 신고하려면?
피드 게시물·댓글·이용자의 [⋯] 메뉴에서 신고할 수 있습니다. 신고된 콘텐츠는 관리자가 검토해 숨김·삭제하며, 위반 이용자는 차단·제재될 수 있습니다. 긴급한 사안은 위 이메일로도 접수됩니다.
운동 기록은 어떻게 인증되나요?
등록한 기록은 기본 ‘대기(pending)’ 상태이며, 소속 박스 관리자의 확인을 거쳐 ‘인증’됩니다. 본인이 코인으로 자기 기록을 인증할 수는 없습니다(트롤링 방지). 랭킹에는 인증된 기록이 반영됩니다.

How do I cancel a subscription?
Subscriptions (Season Pass, Pin Manager) are managed by Apple. On your device, open Settings > your name (Apple ID) > Subscriptions, select ABoardFit, and cancel. Canceling before the next billing date stops renewal.
How do I get a refund?
All in-app purchases (coins, subscriptions, Welcome Package) are processed by the Apple App Store, so refunds are requested through Apple. Sign in with your Apple ID at reportaproblem.apple.com, choose the purchase, and select “Report a Problem.” Already-used consumable coins may not be refundable.
How do I delete my account?
Tap [Delete Account] at the bottom of the [Profile] screen in the app. After confirmation, your account and data are deleted. Data is removed (except transaction records the Company must retain by law) and this cannot be undone.
How do I report inappropriate content or users?
Use the [⋯] menu on a feed post, comment, or user to report it. Reported content is reviewed by an administrator and may be hidden or removed, and offending users may be blocked or sanctioned. Urgent matters can also be sent to the email above.
How are workout records verified?
A submitted record starts as ‘pending’ and becomes ‘verified’ after a check by your box administrator. You cannot verify your own record with coins (to prevent trolling). Only verified records count toward rankings.
